I loved how my hair turned out, but unfortunately the stylist I booked with was not very friendly. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, though I was very open to suggestions from the stylist. After speaking with her, I honestly felt kind of stupid and like I didn't belong there. This was positively the worst salon experience I have ever had. Sarah was EXTREMELY aggressive with my head. I felt like I needed to ask her if she was okay because my head and neck were being jerked around like crazy. She kept getting her comb and brush caught on my scalp because she was pressing down so hard and going so fast (ow!). She also asked me to physically move my butt forward and slump down in the chair so I would be sitting at a lower height. Aren't salon chairs adjustable for a reason?
