I booked a haircut and expressed interest in returning for only a few highlights added to the back of my head to blend the darker color in the back with the lighter color in the front, but due to a family emergency with my daughter, I had to cancel my follow up appointment the day before, which was scheduled for a Sunday at 9 AM. Been going for years! They’re incredibly professional, patient and talented, I’ve been getting my hair done by Maddy for two years now and she just knows and delivers what I’m asking for. However, prior to her none of the other hair stylists ever fell short, service has always been impeccable!

Hanna did an amazing job fixing up some bad highlights I’d previously received. She took her time to truly consult me on exactly what I wanted and make sure I understood the full process. Highly recommend her!
Ash & Oak provided a welcoming experience from walking into the door to the end of my service. Adela listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. She was so kind and excited to transform my hair. The manager checked me out and and provided a welcome tote with a personal note that just put the cherry on the top of an already great experience.
