I have never left a shop where I took a picture and wanted that cut and actually got it. Ash and Oak’s Autumn made it happen and my hair looked just like my picture. I left there very happy! Thank you for the cut Autumn!
The salon was nice, BUT it's the worst feeling being unhappy with your hair, then having hope after an in-depth consultation, and then leaving a salon with an even bigger problem than when you started. I was very clear I wanted "light" brown/bronde and left with dark brown hair that completely washes me out and doesn't even fully cover my greys. My stylist said, "it makes me sad you're not happy with it." Yeah, me too. I wish I never invested in this service.
Alana Krebs is good vibes, blonde specialist, lived in luxe blonde specialist, razor hair cutting specialist for that softness you want on your ends. She specializes in face framing layers and a go to for my dmv blonde baddies! She is famous for her blonde and lived in luxe baddies she sends out the door, men’s and women’s razor cuts, expensive looking face framing layers, bobs that other stylists butchered and she brings back to life, and is so diverse and versatile. Did I mention good vibes?
