I don’t have enough good things to say about this salon! Every single stylist is amazing—you can’t go wrong. The products, the quality of service, the cleanliness, and the employees are amazing. Amanda has really created a great salon.
Was recommended this salon, and specifically Alayna, by a friend whose fresh haircut looked SO cute! Made my appointment, FORGOT TO PUT IT ON MY CALENDAR 😭 And they called me 10 mins after my set appt asking if I'd still be coming in, I bolted out the door! They so graciously just re-timed my appt and were so kind when I came in, asked if I wanted a drink and settled me right in. Alayna took GREAT care of me! After months of thinking I had the skills to cut my own hair...I was hit with the reality that I did not have those skills and found Ash & Oak. I walked into a welcoming environment and was immediately greeted by the front desk. My appointment was with Alana, and to my surprise...she did a much better job than me. I was impressed by the simple gesture of being offered a beverage, which added to my experience of trying somewhere new. I will definitely be returning.
I went to Ash + Oak for the first time today, and my experience was so lovely from start to finish that it warrants public kudos! When I called to book, I explained on the phone that my previous stylist retired and I was nervous about finding someone new because I prefer a fairly low maintenance routine and to work with my natural wavy texture.
