No starts at all! Because I booked an appointment for the 1st time for a short cut. I donated my hair a few months ago and they only cut it, so I’ve been wanting to get it fix. BUYER BEWARE!!! I recently had a disappointing experience at Ash & Oak Salon that I feel compelled to share. I booked a haircut and expressed interest in returning for only a few highlights added to the back of my head to blend the darker color in the back with the lighter color in the front, but due to a family emergency with my daughter, I had to cancel my follow up appointment the day before, which was scheduled for a Sunday at 9 AM.
