Hygiene Standards concerning. During my pedicure, the technician attempted to use a visibly USED nail file and nail clipper on my feet. I had to stop them and request a clean one, which should be a standard practice. I found myself questioning whether their tools were properly sanitized. For my manicure a new package was opened in front of me. My manicure was very different, not what I'm used to.
