I'd give Ashlee more stars if I could. They got here within an hour, replaced a bad part & left me with cold air in less than 1 hr!
This company installed the system a year ago. A problem emerged that their newly hired tech - a tall, blonde pony-tailed doofus - couldn't correct. When he became frustrated by his short comings, his demeanor became sarcastic. After insulting the property manager (actually called him a name!), and since it was apparent he couldn't fix his own fly, he was invited to leave.
