Purchased several audio equipment from Greg, he is a stand up guy that does what he can to make sure any orders come as quickly as possible. I had to wait what felt like quite a while for some pieces but in the end it was beyond his control. Now that I have the pieces, it was worth the wait. My first experience with Greg was a few years ago. My beloved Ortofon VMS MKiie had somehow suffered a catastrophic failure of its stylus.....oh well. Time for something new. Have been in there twice, as I am not from Kingston,, but wanted to say that Greg has been super friendly and always well informed,, takes the time to help you out no matter the amount of the purchase, he is always an amazing guy to deal with,,, both times I have left the store with a friend who hadn’t ever been there before lol and both guys said man what a great shop! I have gotta go back there again! A truly nice experience!! So true!
Long story short, I was walking past the storefront and notice they had a pair of Grado headphones on display. Emailed the store and Greg, was kind enough to welcome me to stop by the store to demo the product. Which I did. He was really knowledgeable about the item I was curious about and after a spending a few minutes at the store just sampling the sound quality of them, I decided to purchase it.
