Nurse Genovese is very thorough, and she listens to every problem. I trust her completely with my care.
We really liked Sandra. She is thorough and seems genuinely concerned. Christina is also kind and helpful and is caring. The only thing we have a complaint about is the smell. The entire office from the waiting room to the exam room smells like dirty carpet and old food. It was overwhelming when we walked in. This office needs a candle or a scentsy asap.
They are great for health needs and as a doctor and facility. When I asked to be referred to doctors for my mental health they did so in a very timely manner. The places they referred me to have been horrible. The first time I went in and talked to Shanda about it and she was appalled and stated she wouldn’t refer any more patients there. The second place she referred me to was even worse.
