If I could leave a negative star I would. The nurse would talk during taking my blood pressure and lie on my chart. She never took my blood pressure and I told her how I had high bp and she didn’t care. Also during a pap the rude borderline evil woman didn’t even introduce herself and she CUT MY VAG with the speculum and didn’t even react when I jumped and yelped. Disgusting practice. Also they would mess up my prescriptions when I have asthma. EVERY. TIME.
This office and Shonda Gower go above and beyond! I went in for some other random issues, and while I was there, I had her check a hard knot on my left breast. She got me an immediate appointment for a mammogram (usually takes a month or so) and come to find out, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. She literally saved my life from her quick actions!!! as a 62 year old retired nurse of thirty years i can honestly say these ladies are the best providers i’ve ever experienced from front office to the back they are amazing knowledgeable and caring i would give them 10 stars if possible ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nurse Genovese is very thorough, and she listens to every problem. I trust her completely with my care.
We really liked Sandra. She is thorough and seems genuinely concerned. Christina is also kind and helpful and is caring. The only thing we have a complaint about is the smell. The entire office from the waiting room to the exam room smells like dirty carpet and old food. It was overwhelming when we walked in. This office needs a candle or a scentsy asap.
