Biggest regret on hiring Ash Away Chimney Service to clean our 2 AC unit air vent and dryer duct. They spent about 30 minutes using a machine to suck the air vents from the lower AC unit and Upper unit. My house is more dusty than ever. Perhaps the vents were cleaned but the suction was blowing air right into our home, circulating the air that was pulled from the vent. Put down a large deposit in January 2020, still waiting for my chimney cap. Called once before and they said they were running behind. I have been trying to reach them since the first of March, no response. I am getting annoyed, I wanted this done before hurricane season and now I can't even get them to answer my calls to give me an installation date. I have left voice mail, text message and e-mail.
