Randy is incredible! Look no further for an inspector. Hire Randy! He is friendly, very knowledgeable and incredibly detail oriented. He is organized and as others have said, he provides an incredibly detailed report with an easy to ready summary that ranges things from most urgent need for repair to maintenance and things to keep an eye on. Randy is great! He is knowledgeable, informative, and expedient. His report is great reading for curious almost home owners. He will not sugar coat the import warnings about the urgent needs, and may be able to offer advice as to how to approach solutions.
Randy was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived 15 minutes early which is something I can really respect. The inspection was very thorough and the report was extremely detailed, with simple breakdowns to help digest the scope of the work that would need to be completed to correct deficiencies in a home nearly 100 years old.
