Really just disappointed and frustrated with this company. Used to be ASG but switched over to protection 1 in Austin. I never really had any issues with this alarm company and thought they were just great. UNTIL, I just had 9 months left on my contract and I just assumed I could roll it over to a new house I was moving to and then end out the 9 months, but I was wrong. Called ASG who is now Protection One to tell them I was moving and that I wanted to transfer all of my equipment and services to our new home. Well they info... read more

After read those two comments above recently post. I wonder how much did they (ASG Security Service) pay for this ... "Honest User" .... to wrote this comment for them? What do you guys think? "...Honest User ..." 2 reviews 2 years ago I have had them for 5 years, and shopped around a bit when I moved, but they ended up being the best bet not only on price, but service as well as they were very attentive with everything I need. I look forward to many more years with them - much better service than the big players out there
