On July 28, 2017 I called ASG to find out if this company removed, replaced, and repaired a 31 1/4 x 19 7/8 sliding window frame where the glass broke diagonally from top to bottom. The service person "Mr. Barnes stopped by the same day to look at the window. He removed the frame and took it with him the same day. I received the frame with a new window installed the next day.
