We have been living here for a little while now. Originally we were treated fair; however recently we have been seeing increasing lack of service and professionalism. They say they have trailer parking but it's really not safe. Trailer locks have been broken, trailers stolen and when you leave your trailer hooked up residents complain and the staff calls you in for towing with no warning. This place is a joke. We paid the 30 dollar application fee to reserve our apartment. That day we got a phone call confirming our reservation and set a date to look at the apartments. Today we called to see if we could check out the apartment since we were in the area-they said we did not have the apartment reserved and in order for us to reserve it we would have to pay an additional 200 dollars and we may or may not get the apartment after paying it.
