Giving my 2 cents since we come here all the time. Both the girl and guy are so helpful. Recently had an issue with an order but she helped the other guy give me a refund. I was actually the one sitting on the other side of the counter when that lady below this and the girl at counter offered exchange only so many times as long the company didn’t owe you money. Customer must have been arrogant or language barrier for her not to understand. Yall keep it up. Prices are good and everyone is helpful too
This company is not reliable. It was the first time we bought something, and we wanted to exchange some plates, but they told us that it was not possible. On top of that, the attitude of the person in front of me, a woman who attended to me, was very rude. I spoke with her over the phone later and asked why I couldn’t exchange them, and she simply left me talking and hung up. She said it was their policy, a policy that only they knew about.
