Extremely disappointed in the hospice experience with AsceraCare. I first want to clarify that we did not have a bad experience with any particular individual, the nurses, chaplain, bath aides and social worker were all pleasant and knowledgeable. Shout out to the wonderful Chaplain, Dave and Nurse, Kim. The problem is that very little went the way we were it told would go in our initial discussion deciding on a hospice agency.
