My family and I will forever be grateful for the care and compassion that the staff showed to my wife during a very difficult time. We all consider them first rate.
Not Recommended. Horrible!
Do not recommend this agency at all they claim to help an understanding and nope not yet to find peace or anything that truly helps us through this tough time and don't consider what we say or really offer much hope that they do care or listen or understand at all truly disappointed this far
If you care about your loved one, do not go through this company. The careless/unexperienced (??) nurse did not properly provide or check medications. She was confident, which was deceiving. The on call nurse made us feel at ease, thank goodness. After requesting a new nurse, that one was better, but I can't help the haunting thoughts that my loved one suffered when she shouldn't have due to poor nursing skills or doctor communication. On behalf of my wife's family, I am inclined to say that I am so proud and grateful for the care my mother in-law received. Our nurse , Brie, in Erie PA, was , without question, professional, patient, knowledgeable and above all compassionate. These people are truly angels.
