My experience with AseraCare was outstanding. I was taking care of my mother with Stage 4 Metastatic Cancer and her Aid Sandy, Nurse Kristin, Social Worker Kym and Jan gave my mom and I the support we needed. On call nurses Stacey and Aslan were both attentive in the middle of the night when I needed them. My family and I will forever be grateful for the care and compassion that the staff showed to my wife during a very difficult time. We all consider them first rate.

Do not recommend this agency at all they claim to help an understanding and nope not yet to find peace or anything that truly helps us through this tough time and don't consider what we say or really offer much hope that they do care or listen or understand at all truly disappointed this far

If you care about your loved one, do not go through this company. The careless/unexperienced (??) nurse did not properly provide or check medications. She was confident, which was deceiving. The on call nurse made us feel at ease, thank goodness. After requesting a new nurse, that one was better, but I can't help the haunting thoughts that my loved one suffered when she shouldn't have due to poor nursing skills or doctor communication.
