Great service ! Unlimited Online Doctors Visits, Very Easy to use ! The doctors are great and they send my prescriptions directly to my Pharmacy ! I used the discount card and saved over 20 % !
I, too, was charged without my knowledge or consent for a "14 Day Risk Free Trial of Asentra Health for only $5.95" then would continue to be billed $39.95 monthly. Problem is, I never signed up for the free trial or the regular service. And the 3 times I've tried called the customer svc ph# on the email they sent me to "activate" my service (after charging my personal choking act the $5.95) puts me on hold for over 20 minutes at a time - I just give up waiting, which is now what I believe this line is set up to do. This company charged my bank account without my knowledge or consent. The young woman from customer service claimed that since they had all of my information ( name, telephone number, email address and account number) it must have been me that placed the order. It was not me. I came home from vacation to see three separate incidents of similar activity.the other two companies agreed to credit my account, although one was very difficult to convince to do so.
