Dr. Asena is a terrible healthcare provider. She pushes her faith on her patients, even if they politely express they have different beliefs, so if you are going for any type of well woman visit beware. She also ordered a drug test without my consent for a physical, which was not required and did not inform me, a big violation of my rights. I was relieved when I was informed she was no longer working for Bon Secours. I went to Dr. Madison about a year or so ago for an ear infection. I was a part time swim instructor. She proceeded to dismiss my pain, insisting it was extremely mild. Then she lectures me about being a part time worker and needing to save more money for my future. There was some issue with their computer system and I never did get my ear infection medication. Dr. Madison is a great physician. She looked at things holistically and engaged us in conversation (teaching method). Although the facility was new, it was clean and well kept. I couldn't be happier with the care I got!!!
Dr. Madison is a doctor that truly cares about her patients.
Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Had an appointment today at 3:15. I was punctual and showed up at 3 and filled out the paperwork. I was taken back to a room. Then moved to another room... just to delay time. I sat in there for an hour. At 4:20 I had enough and wanted to know what was going on. Dr. Madison was just sitting there chit chatting with the nurses. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
