It's been a little over 7 months since I purchased my Mini Cooper from Sam and the team at ASE and I purposely waited to write a review. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase. They made the whole process, including trading in my old car, very easy. When I test drove the car, I initially noticed a slight rattling, but was told that this was due to the license plate holder not having bottom screw holes. The experience was great. Everyone was very helpful and the person who helped us (Sam) was awesome. He was very understanding of what I needed and showed me all kinds of vehicles. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I really love my new car and it was definitely a great choice !
Great interaction and a seamless trade in process. They beat CarMax’s offer and several other dealers’ offers as well.
