After two visits, 5 hours driving and 7 hours in the clinic they decided to give me 2 referrals because they said they couldn't do it and before that they said that they would have an available appointment 3 months later when I was having a dental emergency. I also noticed that they wanted to charge me $240 for an extraction and $56 for the exam. I had a full evaluation done last year with the school. I went in to get a tooth fixed that I have already had them look at the year before. I am in pain. They said I needed to do another full evaluation or I could go to the emergency clinic. It is first come first serve so I got up early in the morning at 7:30 am I got in and at 8:40 they took me back for an evaluation. From start to finish everyone was wonderful. And showed nothing but kindness and empathy towards my pain. Walked in and was able to get everything I needed taken care of in a few hours. Not to mention my healing process is so painless!!! With an extraction I expected there to be a lot of pain. And I've had ZERO.
My student was very attentive, and staff/student relations seemed genuinely congenial.
I have been coming to this clinic for about 4 years now and I love this place. The employees and student are such amazing people. I get such great dental care here. I want to give a special thanks to zoya for being such an awesome person. She does so well with my dental care. She always greets me with a smile and is so thorough in her work.
