Very professional and amazing services and the prices are very reasonable almost cheap.
This place is a hot mess of mismanagement all the way from the front desk experience. If you have any other options including a trip to Mexico I would recommend that instead. You can expect some learning from the students that are providing care but the entire operation from soup to nuts appears to have problems from my opinion. Hopefully the academics side of this place is run a lot better.
Horrible experience, don’t let them charge you the “non billable” fee if you provide insurance to them, cause they will tell you it’s not billable, then they will Bill your insurance… THEN they will claim they will refund you when insurance pays them if you call… I wonder how many people never realize they billed insurance for this “non billable” consult fee too so they can double collect? SCAM, they also waste your time, visits take an eternity… Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
After two visits, 5 hours driving and 7 hours in the clinic they decided to give me 2 referrals because they said they couldn't do it and before that they said that they would have an available appointment 3 months later when I was having a dental emergency. I also noticed that they wanted to charge me $240 for an extraction and $56 for the exam. I went next day to DNTL Surgery in casa grande and they did the extraction on the same appointment of the exam and X-ray for only $187 and this isn't a school but professionals. Don... read more
