they employ extremely incompetent people only, the virtual receptionists dont understand how a phone works, if you have an issue no one answers, the property itself is dangerous and allow the homeless in the building who then attack residents, the water is turned off at least once a month for hours on end, the property manager will illegally tow cars that are allowed on the property and hang up on you while youre addressing an issue because she is incapable of an educated thought and problem resolution. overall if you get an... read more
Hello im a resident at the reserve at stone creek in stone mountain ga. I have been trying to reach the district manager Mr Nate Full for over 2 weeks now. My home has not been safe to live in over a months now. I’ve tried to handle things privately, but I feel like I need to share my experience living at Woodlake Meadows so that others are aware of the conditions here. I was stung by a wasp while walking down the shared stairwell of my building — I have a serious allergy, and this could’ve ended very differently. I immediately notified the leasing office and maintenance. If I can give this management company 1 star I will. Maintenance sucks, mice infested, and I moved out April 30th and I still haven’t received my security deposit back.
Absolutley horrendous company and they have no buisness owning appartment complexes. They're just cheap cheap cheap and greedy! They charge ridiculous rent and can't even do cheap redos in their appartments to keep them nicer. We have been having MANY WHOLE cars and all 4 tires stolen off in the middle of the parking lot for the last 6 months and they are not doing ANYTHING.
