I have been with ASD for nearly 19 yrs . Starting in July they will be charging $2.96 for each call they answer, I'm sorry but I will have to terminate them as my answering service as charging nearly $3 a call is a little much especially with all the telemarketing phone calls one gets in a day . I hope your rate increase doesn't price you out of a job and your company.
They are awesome! I've been using ASD for over 7 years now and not only do they get all the information that I need during a first call, but their app is so convenient so I'm able to always access my messages no matter where I am.
