Ascove charged my CC for my insurance deductible twice (28 Feb.). They've yet to correct this as promised. I filed a complaint with the NC Attorney General's Office and Ascove has not responded to them either. I would NOT recommend their service to anyone.
I first used Ascove after my stroke in 2020. The therapist was excellent. She was very professional and caring. She really helped me get back on track. I would highly recommend Ascove to anyone who needs physical therapy.
Ascove is a blessing! I needed home care for my son to make sure he followed his treatment plan and took his medication. The caregiver was professional and very responsive whenever I reached out to check on my son plus the updates in the online family room put me at ease. I was able to focus on work because I knew my son was receiving high-quality, compassionate care. Ascove will be my go-to whenever we need care in the future.
