its gotten alot better been here a number of years
I agree. Too many roaches. Crime has gone down but maintenance is very slow. They take very long to fix a lot of things.
Although they've cleaned up the place quite a bit in the 5 years, 2 months, and 19 days that I lived there, the cockroaches OWN the apartments. They do have pest control but what they need to do is a block of apartments, not just one at a time. I would have given it 2 stars, but they have not even bothered to refund my security deposit, not even sending me an itemization, and the certified letter I mailed to the property was returned to me because they refused to sign for it. Pizza delivery wont deliver here because of robberies. They have cockroaches. It is cheap. very cheap. but its not worth it. they will tow your car if your car is dirty. they have alot of safety hazzards and we lived there for two months and they still havent fixed them. its not worth your safety or your kids saftey.
