John, Madilyn, and Anne Frances were so great to work with! I had a tennis bracelet that needed to be sized down and they ended up being able to make me a necklace from the leftover stones. They were very attentive and Madilyn sent me email updates throughout the whole process. I am so happy with how both my bracelet and necklace turned out! Will definitely be going back for any other jewelry repairs or inquiries!
John did a terrific job coordinating everything, from design downtown in the studio…to updates via email/text…to delivery in-person. Everyone has been stunned by how gorgeous the ring is — most importantly, HER!
