Most rental places I called today have been really friendly... The guy who answered the phone here was abrupt, and comes across as if he hates his job and we're bothering him by calling for a quote... Not gonna call again. EVER
Do not use this car company - incredibly unprofessional and rude. Refused to hand back deposit until finally it nearly going to court they decided to refund the money. Stay away from this company and spend a bit more on trustworthy companies
Ascot Car Rental are great. I've rented from them 4 times now. Great new cars and I love the free drop off & pick up service Highly recommended
