Ascot Air Systems is an excellent HVAC contractor and I highly recommend them! Recently, the heat pump in my condo unit started blowing cool air instead of warm air, even when I tried to set the temperature on the thermostat to a high temperature. Over the phone, I explained the issue to Jason who was very friendly, professional, and proficient. They don't typically do residential but they were able to support us as part of a group of properties Shawn was super helpful and supportive and easy to get along with. Very professional and timely and runs a great business. He was able to squeeze us in during the heat wave in mid-July and it has made us able to sleep again. So thank you!
Ascot air and their team were excellent through every step of installing our new building { 90,000 SQ } HAVC system. They were accommodating when working with us to find our facility's best models and explain the process and open to changes. Installation went very smoothly, and I'd recommend them to anyone. We continue to use them for servicing the account.
