Always responds in a timely manner !
Sales team not helpful. Called several times to get a price on a hay spear. Took a week, still no call back. The sales team never did what they say they would do. I had to get the operator to help me out. She helped me in under 30 minutes. The two salesman did nothing for me. Bills Tractors is not the place it was in the pass.
