They never answer the phone in parts!
I called and asked if they still work on old Asco Balers. Stephen said they had one man that still worked on them. I was told to bring my newly purchased old blare down. I rented an over the top trailer and drove the baler down to them as requested. They never would let me discuss the baler and go through it with the man they said they had. I never saw a man working in an old baler there either. I dont think they really had one. They tried to sell me a new baler. My tractor had oil leak. Contacted Steve Fleming and he was professional and got a technician to me very quickly. The technician was great and fixed everything and made sure everything was good before departure. Go see the Bryan team if you’re needing equipment or service. Good job Steve.
