We have a 4 year old golden retriever, Jack, born with significant mouth issues, including a cleft palate. Dr Pegg met with us, and provided a detailed explanation about what was needed and made us feel comfortable about the plan. The day of the procedure, I dropped him off and was relieved to receive several calls with updates on the surgery and progress. I highly recommend Ascentra to anyone who wants to leave their animal child in good hands. Doctor Jane Pegg is one of those rare physicians who shows true compassion, empathy, and passion on top of the technical prowess and precision as demonstrated on my Maltese child, Star.
