The expertise of the staff and the care that they showed my dog (and me!) throughout the whole process (initial consult, the day of the appointment, and the follow-up) was absolutely amazing in every way.
I had a really incredible experience with the staff here. They went above and beyond with care for my cat (and for me haha), and I'm extremely grateful I went way out of my way to get a refferal here for more experienced care. My little guy has a lot of issues that could cause complications during surgery, and Dr Pegg recognized one of his main conditions before I could even mention it, which gave me way more peace of mind going into the final procedure (she really knows what she's doing). I brought my two senior shih tzus to Ascentra for dental surgery from London, ON. The trip was well worth it. The staff are incredible, caring people who go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and reassured about the procedure. A pet needing surgery is always scary, but I felt like my dogs were in the best possible hands with Ascentra. Dr Pegg and team were fantastic in removing lower teeth from our 9 year old golden retriever. They were very welcoming, explained exactly what the procedure would do and even schduled us into a cancellation within the week. Our pup, didn't miss a meal. Thank you very much.
