I was highly recommended to their clinic so I submitted an interest request. I got a call back (while I was at a dentist appointment so I was not able to answer). They left a message for me giving me a number to call back to schedule. I called that number back three separate times (different days and all during normal business hours) and was just waiting on the phone for 5+ minutes on each call waiting for someone to pick up. I wish I could give Dr Eagan and the Ascentist team more than 5 stars. My breast reduction and lipo was hands down start to finish the smoothest process. Seriously kudos to the whole team: nursing staff at my consult, billing/insurance team helping me understand the cost and expenses, Dr. Eagan and Marci during and after surgery, the care team that was literally answering questions at the drop of a text during recovery. Everyone at this office is wonderful. The nurses are very caring and they want to make sure you have had all of your questions answered and that you feel comfortable and heard. Dr Eagan listens to what you want and helps to guide you to what you want but what will also look the best for your body. He is very thorough in his explanations and does a good job during surgery.
