For my initial visit, they were great. I was told I would need surgery. I tried to schedule that over the phone and it’s been three weeks since trying. I’ve called a dozen times and each time I’m told someone would reach out.

requires a card on file and won’t return any money you don’t owe if you put a down payment. absolutely predatory for a DOCTORS OFFICE.

My husband had a tonsillectomy on Friday with Dr. Showmaker. The surgery itself went smooth and we were happy with the process. The problem came when trying to get his prescriptions. The original pharmacy couldn’t fill his prescription for pain in the liquid form. I called another pharmacy close to us and they did have the liquid form of his pain med. Went there for a few years when Dr. Ellis was there he was great. nowadays, though they want you to schedule each appointment so they can collect each time example I had a sinus infection infection and a ear clean out that needed to be done. I called ahead of time by a week to tell him about the sinuses that had popped up since they did my surgery.
