My wife had appointment here this morning, when she arrived after taking off work and my son taking off work to drive here there the receptionist told her that she has already cancelled her appointment. The receptionist gave some reason why, because of type of Dr. she was seeing or some BS. They all her contact information, whey did someone not have the common courtesy to call or text my wife before and let her know it was cancelled because whomever set up the appointment obviously has no awareness of how this office or Dr w... read more
On time! Friendly staff, doctor explained everything and answered all questions. Only odd thing was the nurse wanted to numb my son’s interior of his nose immediately just in case the doctor wanted to look up in it. We came to have tonsil stone looked at. Son asked WHY and if it must be done. They said we can wait then for dr to decide. Dr didn’t need to look up nose. That would have put an extra charge on our bill for something that was totally unnecessary.
