Made an appointment for my daughter as she has recurring nose bleeds. They said they could get me in with the RN. I said yes but only if she can preform silver nitrate cauterization. They said she could and booked my appointment. Once I met with the nurse she told me no, she could not preform that. I now have an expensive bill from an appointment that accomplished nothing, and will have to make another appointment with a different doctor in the office (along with pay another expensive bill for that visit) to get the cauteriz... read more
Dr. Thomas Muelleman performed a procedure on my ears, and I won't sugarcoat it—it was definitely uncomfortable. My ears and I had a serious disagreement about the whole experience. That said, the discomfort was simply the nature of the procedure itself, not a reflection of Dr. Muelleman's skill or care. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and made the experience as smooth as it reasonably could be. Dr Skyland Devins, is a great primary care doctor. Doesn't make you feel like a number but she truly cares. Her M.A Olivia is a sweetheart
I went today and saw Sarah regarding my right ear. I knew I had a hole in my ear from my primary doctor but the medicine she gave me was NOT enough when I had fluid behind both ears. She was very thorough, took the time to look in my ear and I look forward to our follow up visit in May.
