My bad time was with the doctor with Danny Neuman, DO my ent doctor sent me to him because he can't figure out why my pain won't stop so he sent me to this doctor because he's a pain specialist but when he came in the room he was very rude, arrogant, to me it felt like he didn't want to treat me so I even asked him why would my ent doctor send me to you and his cocky answer was I don't know so I don't want to see doctor Doctor Danny Neuman DO
Dr. Phillips and her associates were amazing. They kept me calm during a needle in my foot extraction and I am home now resting. I would recommend Dr. Phillips as she is wonderful 😊
Had all the pre information checked out a week before I was supposed to have my toe worked on had my appointment scheduled for the beginning of the day so there was plenty of time to do it paid my copay and then had a 5 min talk with the doc about what he would do and then sent on my way for another appointment later on I wouldn't have wrote this if it hadn't been for then calling me again for more money jeez this place can eat it go anywhere else if you can
Tried to dispute their billing code for a “new patient/complex visit lasting 45-59 minutes” for my visit that lasted less than 10 minutes, consisted of him looking in each ear and then the dr telling me he’s surprised I sleep well and don’t have breathing problems because of my severe deviated septum (I was there because of two mild back to back ear infections, I breath and sleep just fine) and he said “not sure about the ear infections but give me a call if you want to fix your breathing”.
