I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction on 2/6/26, and the surgery itself was great. I can't say enough good things about the surgical care. Unfortunately, my experience with the billing has been extremely frustrating. Prior to surgery, I was required to pay the estimated amount in full, which was just under $2,800. Little guy needed tubes and the process was not only fast but thorough! Dani was as our Nurse Navigator and Christa our provider. Great communicators and so very kind. Highly recommend.

We have had the best experience X 2 here! 2 of my kids did the fast track ear tubes program and it was just that, FAST! Smooth sailing from start to finish they were evaluated and had tubes within a week. Surgery was quick, smooth, and all the staff was so great! We can’t recommend everyone enough. Dr. Eyen is a favorite!

We had a wonderful experience with Ascentist and the Fast Track Ear Tube Program. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly kind, detailed, and available to answer any questions we had. The entire process was well organized, informative, and much quicker than we expected. The surgery itself went smoothly, and even after the procedure, I always felt supported whenever questions came up.
