Did a roof, solar, and home battery. Appreciated being able to deal with one company. Roof was seamless and done in one day. They were also very helpful with our roof insurance claim. They took care of all of that. Jordan and Amber communicated frequently with us answering all our questions, showing us lots of pictures. Solar/battery took a bit longer than we anticipated, but happy with the end result.
Five stars! My solar panels (installed by another company) stopped working for a time. I had no idea how to fix them. I contacted Ascent Solar, and they came out immediately. Not only did they fix the solar panels, they helped me set up an account with the solar system for monitoring going forward. Very professional and reliable. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with this company. They were extremely helpful in getting a solar inverter replaced after Sunrun was awful. Glad to have third party installers in contrast to the big companies’ awful customer service.
FANTASTIC service. For free, these guys were willing to get us through the first steps of diagnosing what was wrong and getting connected with the app for managing the solar (we bought a home with paid-off solar and didn't know how to monitor the power output). They kept up-to-date with the case we opened with the company whose equipment had been installed and answered questions and then gave us a quote for repair. Very friendly and on-top-of-things.
