We had Ryan from Ascent Solar & Roofing come work on our solar. The company who installed it could no longer service it. Many in the solar industry may be struggling right now. All my interactions with employees from this company have been outstanding. We have had some terrible luck with our system. Paying so much for replacement parts to fail again or service in the past. I have been trying to get in touch with any solar company recently to do some maintenance on solar panels and have been unsuccessful. Most companies told me they only do installs and are too busy or they never returned my calls or reached out after I filled out their online scheduling forms. Amber has been the first person who has actually talked with me and provided useful information and steps to take to troubleshoot my system. Thank you!
