Piece of shit building they hardly take care of the building and shitty counsel management absolut... Specialy the manager Ruth Chancey f***** and cunt, and the mother F***** ... Also A PTSD war looser including some of the rest; part of the counsel group... Some have a hard time to sell their place that's how shitty counsel management absolut!!!
If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. I've had to deal with with the manager of this company, Boon Sim, regarding a rodent infestation in my rental unit. My messages went unanswered for long periods of time, and he managed to find a pest control company as incompetent as he is, who wasn’t available for weeks to come and deal with the rodents.
