My experience here was horrible. The apartments are old and run down, they are not luxury or even “updated” like Susan will tell you. The grounds look like they haven’t been tended to in years. Save yourself a world of hassle, there are plenty of nicer apartments for the same or less money.
We just renewed our lease for a third time. The community is very quiet but also very friendly. You definitely have your privacy here. They throw resident events often but unfortunately I haven't gotten the chance to join. The dog park is the perfect size for my pup and his buddies to run around in. It's a great location and very close to a lot of activities. We have referred friends that ended up leasing with them and will continue to do so!
