It just went Great I Can Hear Again, And I Will Be Back For A Hearing Test As Soon as I Get My Primary Doctor's Ref.
Staff is friendly, test went well. No complaints there… issues started with “ordering” hearing aids. I have HMO insurance but use OPTUM and was informed by the owner that Optum often declines claims and the patient gets to foot the full bill. My insurance covers $6000, they say “no, we have a contract with optum, and that only covers $4500” 🤔 Nearly 6 months later it came down to this: First claim (which they forgot to send until I asked about it) to OPTUM was declined due to an old code used.
