Please explain to me why a facility that is supposed to be trained in the care of and support of patients in addiction recovery has been unable to successfully call in a prescription correctly for a substance abuse recovery medication. We have made 4 phone calls where we spoke to a provider and left 3 messages while the pharmacist from 2 separate pharmacies have also called and left multiple messages with no call back.
