Johnny Wright is an excellent and knowledgeable garage door technician who is very affordable and did a great job inspecting and repairing our garage doors. He did not try to upsell, he repaired what we have. I will absolutely continue to use Ascent Garage Doors.

Johnny is a pro… Troubleshooting garages especially large RV ones can be very difficult but he stays on it until it's done and in my case he had to rescue me in the middle of the night so I could get the garage closed at all and then troubledshot it over several days and ultimately we had to replace a very buggy unit ..but he found a much better one with a built-in camera, Wi-Fi etc and it works much better and is even quieter… No upsell just so many components turned out to be bad in the other one it was a real lemon! We had our garage door spring snap, and Johnny came out the same day and got it replaced quick. He also tuned and lubed both doors, no upselling. Excellent service, and great price! I highly recommend them.
