Megan in the leasing office has shown true hospitality of what a landlord is supposed to be. She patched up issues that were in the past that happened before she came to the property, held the property management account when discrepancies occurred, and did all she could possibly do in her power to make things right. Having sympathy with situations and offering help and solutions. She is the reason I’m considering leasing again and hope her company gives her the recognition she deserves.
Our current landlord is amazing. We are actually renewing our lease because of Megan; she is an amazing landlord. We had a ton of maintenance orders before Megan showed up, and she got right on top of it. She has been very kind, always on top of everything. Our apartment feels like an apartment again. Having resided here for nearly two years, I can confidently say that this charming small community is a hidden gem. The welcoming staff radiates warmth and kindness, while the impeccably maintained complex sparkles with cleanliness, making it an inviting sanctuary for all who live here.
New ownership is amazing. The staff is super friendly and very responsive if something comes up. The pool is regularly maintained and a cleaning crew comes to clean the gym, laundromat and pool house. This is a great location! Close to downtown, easy access to the green belt and park.
Just wanted to say that if Jordan (Property Manager) and Andrew (Maintanance) had been around before we set plans to leave, we would be staying at this apartment complex. We had many, not so wonderful, experiences in the 3 years we lived at Ascent, but everything seems to be changing for the better thanks to their hard work! Thanks for all of your time and help, even if it was only for a short time!
