Really giving a review because Carter is the GOAT and needs a shoutout! Came over and fixed our bathroom in 2 days! Seriously give this guy a raise please!
Carter from maintenance is awesome. He came and helped with an electrical problem after hours and got an electrician out the same night.
I have lived here for a while now to fully understand how things are ran and how much of the management really does not care for their residents. Upon moving in they will overcharge you with fees up to a couple hundred to a few hundred dollars that are not stated in the lease agreement. I have had this happen to myself. Residents will steal laundry from the machines and move your laundry so they can do theirs at their own convenience. The good thing about living at Ascent East End is the close location to some of the best things that Boise has to offer such as the river, parks, and downtown area.
