New ownership is amazing. The staff is super friendly and very responsive if something comes up. The pool is regularly maintained and a cleaning crew comes to clean the gym, laundromat and pool house. This is a great location! Close to downtown, easy access to the green belt and park.
Just wanted to say that if Jordan (Property Manager) and Andrew (Maintanance) had been around before we set plans to leave, we would be staying at this apartment complex. We had many, not so wonderful, experiences in the 3 years we lived at Ascent, but everything seems to be changing for the better thanks to their hard work! Thanks for all of your time and help, even if it was only for a short time!
We just moved in but everything is great. Jordan helped us with all the move in things and more, she’s the best! The apartment is large and affordable. The pool is amazing. The courtyard is super pretty, flowers, grass, and trees everywhere!! Even the laundry mat is not scary. They (Neighbors and staff/managers) love our fur babies, which makes it the perfect place for us!
Literally the grossest place and one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. Moldy dishwasher, nasty carpet, smells awful, heater didn't work in the winter... Definitely not the version they showed me during the tour. I should have been more thorough but I was in a rush to figure something out... Despite my lease only being 6 months, getting out of there early was dire, so I paid a lease buy out fee of $2750.
