Nice apartments to live in, pretty good sized bedrooms too. Constant upkeep on the grounds is done too-weekly mowing and seasonal spraying done timely. Wonderful pool with a spacious clubhouse as well-bathrooms, tv, foosball, eating and lounging area. Gym, on site laundromat, on site property management office.
Dude! I love living here so much! Megan was totally great about helping me get into an apartment. Every time I see her she has a smile on her face and is super willing to help me with any questions I have asked. Two thumbs way up! P. S Oliver is the BEST maintenance guy ever!
I’ve had a great experience living at Ascent East End so far. The property is well kept, and anytime I’ve needed maintenance or had a question, things have been handled quickly. A big reason for that is Megan. She’s always friendly, responds in a timely manner, and follows through to make sure everything gets taken care of. Megan in the leasing office has shown true hospitality of what a landlord is supposed to be. She patched up issues that were in the past that happened before she came to the property, held the property management account when discrepancies occurred, and did all she could possibly do in her power to make things right. Having sympathy with situations and offering help and solutions. She is the reason I’m considering leasing again and hope her company gives her the recognition she deserves.
Our current landlord is amazing. We are actually renewing our lease because of Megan; she is an amazing landlord. We had a ton of maintenance orders before Megan showed up, and she got right on top of it. She has been very kind, always on top of everything. Our apartment feels like an apartment again.
