Amazing people and an amazing store for every biking need!
Lethbridge cyclists, you are lucky to have the genuine article Local Bike Shop right there at Ascent Cycle. I cold called them about my squawking disc brakes in a panic while on my way through town on way to a BC gran fondo event. Evan very kindly deglazed the pads while I waited and I was on my way, could not have lucked out bigger to find help when needed! Wait for it though…the kicker-“no charge.” Thank you Evan and Ascent guys!

Recently bought a bike at Walmart that wasn't properly assembled (loose brakes, slightly wobbly rims, loose gear shifting). Called Ascent Cycle and they booked me in 10 days later (middle of June so they were busy). I dropped off my bike 1 day before the scheduled service appointment, fully expecting it not to be ready until the next day as scheduled.
