I just came back from picking up our electric bikes to be updated. I have been dealing with Ascent cycle since I bought a bike in 2000, to this day after buying few bikes for me, wife and sending friends buying bikes I have never being once disappointed at theirs services and the way the staffs takes care of those who enters the door of their bike shop.
