The initial test was fine, but because I was one minute late for the fitting , they couldn’t see me. The receptionist didn’t bother to tell me if I didn’t make the next appointment within two weeks, they would send the hearing aids back and I would lose my benefit from both my advantage plan’s hearing benefit and the flex card benefit… POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I won’t be back
