I’m writing this review for my Mom, she had to get hearing aids. I have to start with her first appointment which was a series of test to determine which products would suit her. The Audiologist name was Arianna SHE WAS MAGNIFICENT, she made my Mom feel at ease and so patient with her. My Mom said she has never had a hearing test like this before… they have all the latest state of the art equip men which gave the. best results. Great Support had a problem with one of my hearing aids. It turned out to be a software problem. They remedied the problem in like 15 minutes. Great service.

Dr B and her staff at Coastal Hearing were fabulous. But even more, I left with the most knowledge I've ever had concerning hearing tests and hearing degradation - and the tests she did were the most hearing tests I've ever gone through.
Dr. Arianna Bartolome is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She has a genuine and gentle personality and is very calming. Her expertise as a Doctor of Audiology is immediately apparent and reassuring to patients. She has been enormously helpful with the hearing needs of my 100y.o. Mother and will be the preferred and only doctor for our entire family in the future. Thank you for everything Dr. B…simply put, you are the BEST!!!
