Awesome team, from the front desk to the doctor. My first hearing test ever as I want to establish some kind of baseline results for myself and I also have experienced more tinnitus over the last year. Not only did the doctor perform a hearing test, she also did a test for my Eustachian tube. She also found out I have really dry ear canal that could cause my itching and recommended some kind of oil for it. I hope that will work. It has bothered me for 4 years since I got Covid.
$50 charge for sending my charger to repair is expensive !
Very friendly and experienced group that goes out of their way to help solve problems. Always will to answer any questions in order to understand hearing issues. Solid solutions for your budget and needs. Highly recommend going to their office if you need hearing support. Always accommodating for every visit.
