Pleasent atmosphere from the moment you step in! Safety precautions in place! Felt very comfortable and at ease with the women at the front desk! Friendly and inviting! The audiologist, Bethany, was a gem!!!!! Reassuring, professional, yet down to earth! Took the time to explain every detail of what was going to be done. Did not feel rushed!!!!!! God bless them!!!!!
