I moved in a couple of months ago, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The community is always clean and meticulously maintained. The entire staff deserves recognition. The leasing process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to Nilzai, who was incredibly attentive and ensured all my questions were answered. Definitely recommend The Ascent! During my initial search, Jessica and the outstanding staff worked alongside to answer all my questions associated with living in an apartment for the first time. They also were resourceful throughout my lease. The building I lived in was about 8 years old for the 1 bedroom Banff floor plan. Thomas did an excellent job! He reached out to me quickly regarding the issue. He handled everything swiftly and professionally. Even sent photos of the completed work and a text to let me know he had started the repairs and when he had finished. Thomas really strives to do his best and it shows! Justin and Jessica also always address any issue so quickly and professionally. Very impressive. Thank you all so much for everything you do to keep our homes running smoothly and looking great!
Maintenance has always been amazing here, Thomas and Jason always respond right away and are friendly when I see them out and about! They deserve raises for working so hard, especially with the dumpster area!!
