Dangerous place full of criminals. The complex is very nice but the staff are extremely bad plus there are criminals living in this place. People smoke marijuana, people drive crazy inside therefore children are at constant risk and the most dangerous thing about this place is that the leasing office allow people live in this place without signing lease. I know someone who lived there for 6 months without signing lease and was not even asked once to sign the lease. You don't know who is living next door to you if they don't ... read more
This community is a great bang for your buck! And has a fantastic central location, 10 minutes from Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe. It's a diamond in the rough desert! ���
The staff is great it's like living in a resort not a apartment the residents are so friendly and there's always something going on you can join in on
Management is the best around. A special thanks to them for making this home.
