Shout out to T with NRP Group for seeing me struggle with tons of boxes and trash pulling up to the dumpster, he immediately came over to grab everything for me without me even asking for help! Now that’s what you call concierge services, he is an awesome asset to the team, I really appreciate him!!
My overall experience so, far living in the Ascent community has been great! The staff is very professional and friendly. I met Lorenzo and toured the community. He was so nice and understanding. He walked to several apartments for me to see because I was so undecided . Lorenzo knowledge and compassion helped me to chose the apartment just for me. The staff always wave and speak to you when they see you on the property. The grounds are kept clean .
First thing FIRST, Kadeja was so so welcoming, approachable, and knowledgeable of the property, amenities, and community in a whole. As she took me through the tour I had a warm heart by time we made it to the fitness room. By the time I made it to the FIRST UNIT I knew that Ascent at Mountain Creek was home. Awesome JOB to Ms Kadeja TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE & a STANDING OVATION!!! You Rock!!!

I just moved in and already feel right at home! The team has been so welcoming and made the whole process super easy. My apartment was spotless when I got the keys, and everything has been so comfortable from day one. I’m really excited to be part of this community and can already tell it’s going to be a great place to live.
