Faith and Jay were great. We moved out of state. They both made is easy for us to move in to our new home.
Absolutely Do Not Recommend – Worst Rental Experience Ever (and I’ve had some bad experiences in the past). If you’re considering moving to Ascent at Mountain Creek, don’t. This place is basically a paradise for pests—mice, snakes, spiders, and even scorpions. Yes, scorpions. While it’s normal to encounter the occasional bug in new construction, properly managed properties usually pretreat and continue regular pest control to keep it under control. One star is for the front desk, Hannah and Faith. The second star is for my encounters with maintenance. The rest of this has so far, for the lack of a better word, has sucked. This place is new and it shows. I’ve only been here a month and a half and I’m ready for my lease to be done. It seems that there is always an issue that has to be fixed here and it makes it difficult to make this place feel like home.
