Pulte Homes’ warranty and customer service have been disappointing. A friend reported issues just three months after moving into a new home, and after a month and a half, there’s still no timely or meaningful repairs. I feel so bad for my friend. We really liked the layout of the homes. The only questionable things was how quickly they’re building these homes. We moved in and the house across from us was being built. Within just a few weeks the entire house was built. The guys that were building these homes, drove beat up old cars, blasting music in the homes and didn’t seem professional at all. I’m assuming they’re paying the cheapest people to build the homes as I’ve spoken with my neighbors and read these reviews and it seems everyone has been having a lot of issu... read more
