This is a great community in a growing and vibrant area. The home buying experience from sales to move-in was very smooth. What matters most to me is how things go after the sale. I'm extremely happy with the post-sale warranty support. I worked closely with Curtis Parrish and he made the process very easy. He knows the homes and the trades very well and followed-up w/ me post-repairs to make sure Pulte got it right!
TLDR: Do not waste your time with the "sales" representitives who answer the initial call, ask for a virtual appointment. Update: I called again and am still only able to reach the same two people. After asking questions their only response was a very short and rude "How can I help you?" After an effort which was like pulling teeth I was able to find out that I have to set up a virtual appointment to have my questions answered.
