We bought a move-in-ready Ascent in Jorde, floor plan 4023 about 6 months ago and we really couldn’t be happier. We love our home and the foresight and attention to detail, this home wasn’t slapped together, it’s clearly well thought-out. The warranty team is super responsive and really fair.
